Location: Spalding (Full-Time, Office-Based)

I am currently working in with a prestigious Top 150 national law firm based in Spalding seeking a Trainee Legal Secretary to join their established Private Client team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop their legal support career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. With interest in graduates who are looking to start their legal career as well as experienced Legal Secretaries looking to retrain into Private Client, this is a great opportunity to try something new.

The Role:
As a Trainee Legal Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners in the Private Client department. You will assist in a variety of administrative and legal tasks, gaining hands-on experience while working alongside respected experts in their field.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the Private Client team

Preparing legal documents and correspondence

Managing files, data entry, and document management

Liaising with clients and internal departments in a professional and timely manner

Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc duties as required
