About Us: We are recruiting for a top 150 national law firm with multiple offices across the West Midlands, recognised for their expertise in commercial litigation. The team is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to a diverse range of clients. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support the Partner and team of busy Commercial Litigation Solicitors.

Role Overview: As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting the solicitors with a variety of commercial litigation matters. You will be responsible for managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our busy practice.

Key Responsibilities:* Assist solicitors in the preparation and management of commercial litigation cases.* Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.* Review and summarise discovery documents and other evidence.* Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are filed accurately and efficiently.* Liaise with clients, witnesses, and external parties as needed.* Attend court hearings and meetings, taking notes and providing support.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and procedures.* Support the team with general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:* A degree in law or equivalent legal qualification.* Previous experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation is preferred.* Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
