Shift: Flexi Shift - 12 Hour Days or 12 Hour Nights, any 7 out of 14 days, averaging 42 hours per week
Salary: 46,000 - 48,000 + New Company Van + Fuel Card + iPad + Overtime at 1.25x

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical qualification to join our team. This role involves working in diverse manufacturing environments within the Lincolnshire area, providing quality technical services, and maintaining a customer-facing presence.

Your Role: Maintenance Engineer

Technical Service & Support: Deliver expert mechanical and electrical services across various commercial and industrial settings.
Installations & Maintenance: Lead on electrical installations, machine setups, and perform regular maintenance to ensure continuous high standards.
Client Relations & Trust: Serve as the face of our company, establishing and nurturing lasting relationships with clients, and enhancing our reputation as a trusted local service provider.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex technical issues, providing efficient and effective solutions tailored to client needs.

Experienced and Versatile: Strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering, capable of managing diverse tasks.
