We have exciting opportunities available for an encouraging teacher to join our tuitions scheme across Spalding ! About the role:Prospero Teaching works with local authorities and schools across Spalding to support students struggling with education. We aim to provide 1:1 catering towards the student's needs in order to promote learning and progression.

The tuitions are fully flexible and can be done online or face-to-face, you could also choose your schedule as we have tuitions taking place from 8 am to 7pm Monday to Friday!

We support students from Early years to Secondary school, you could let us know your preference for the key stages you would like to tutor. You could support students from as little as 2 hours per week up to 40 hours per week based on your availability The successful candidate will:

  • Have a thorough understanding of the core subject curriculum (you could support with the subject of your choice, typically this would be - Math, English, PSHE, Science or Functional skills, etc)
  • Be able to create a positive and motivating work atmosphere to promote motivation and confidence .
  • Be accessible and able to establish a great rapport with students.
  • Be able to plan, prepare, and present lessons according to each student's requirements.
