I am currently looking for a Plumber Multi Trade to work for a council in the Spalding area on a 3 month contract. The role will be working on reactive maintenance across tenanted properties.In this Plumber Multi Trade role you will be responsible for:

Plumbing repairs to council properties
2nd fix carpentry such as door hanging and fitting skirting boards
Finishing skills such as tiling and patch plastering

The right Plumber Multi Trade will need:

Experience working in social housing
Own van and tools
NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing

In return the Plumber Multi Trade will get:

£23 per hour paid weekly
45p per mile on fuel from job to job
3 month contract
