Job details:

  • Have a thorough understanding of the critical path for projects
  • Be familiar with microbiological and nutritional sampling processes
  • Ensure Quality Assurance documents meet customer expectations
  • Understand customer requirements
  • Handle validations related to site CCPs and HACCP principles as part of project delivery
  • Stay on top of potential issues that might affect the critical path and communicate them early
  • Make sure all materials have received Raw Material approval or the necessary concessions for trials
  • Complete controlled documents for trials, pre-productions, and product launches based on the customer specs
  • Work safely and contribute to the site's continuous improvement efforts in health, safety, and the environment

Previous Experience:

  • Working in a food manufacturer, particularly Technical or NPD
  • Knowledge of trials, development concepts and customer expectations
  • HACCP or Food Safety is desirable
