Job details:
- Have a thorough understanding of the critical path for projects
- Be familiar with microbiological and nutritional sampling processes
- Ensure Quality Assurance documents meet customer expectations
- Understand customer requirements
- Handle validations related to site CCPs and HACCP principles as part of project delivery
- Stay on top of potential issues that might affect the critical path and communicate them early
- Make sure all materials have received Raw Material approval or the necessary concessions for trials
- Complete controlled documents for trials, pre-productions, and product launches based on the customer specs
- Work safely and contribute to the site's continuous improvement efforts in health, safety, and the environment
Previous Experience:
- Working in a food manufacturer, particularly Technical or NPD
- Knowledge of trials, development concepts and customer expectations
- HACCP or Food Safety is desirable
