We are currently seeking a Technical Coordinator / Development Engineer to work on a full time permanent basis, on behalf of a privately owned House Builder in North Cambridgeshire / South Lincolnshire.
Essential Skills:
Civil Engineering knowledge within Housing Developments
working knowledge of AutoCAD
Understanding of House Building / Construction / Development Cycle
Coordination of trackers to ensure program requirements are met
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of Building / NHBC / LABA regs
Civil Engineering design - highways, drainage, internal drainage boards, levels & Setting out
Review / Instruction of Geotechnical reports
Planning process / Applications / Discharge of Conditions
Appointment of Consultants reports for planning/building regs
Utility knowledge
Technical Approvals / Consents / Section Agreements
