They are dedicated to sustainability and excellence in their supply chain, continually evolving to meet customer demand while upholding the highest standards of production and sourcing.Role Purpose:The Procurement Executive will build strong supplier relations, and purchasing activities, manage stock levels, and ensure a consistent supply of produce to customers.Key Responsibilities:* Purchasing: Raising purchase orders/consignments.* Supplier and Stock Management: Build strong supplier relationships, manage stock levels and orders efficiently to minimise waste, and ensure all products meet company quality standards.* Data Oversight: Maintain accurate system records, and monitor costs and market prices.* Reporting:: Prepare weekly reports (e.g., profitisation, KPI, haulage reconciliation), and handle customer and supplier queries.Salary & Working Setup:- £28,000 to £38,000 depending on experience- Office location is Spalding- Tuesday to Saturday, 3 days office/2 days working from home (one of the two WFH days will be a Saturday), Saturdays you are "on call if needed" and not present at the office.- As a leader in the field there are ample opportunities for progressionRequirements:* Knowledge and experience of the fresh produce industry or a clear desire to learn about the industry.* Strong IT proficiency * Can work and communicate effectively How to Apply:Please send your CV to or contact me on LinkedIn.
