This agent prides themselves on the fact that they work differently to other agents and a strong team work ethic is very important.

The successful candidate must therefore be able to turn their hand to all sides of the business and the chosen individual will be an exceptional all rounder, who is a confident property Residential valuer and experienced estate agency sales person with knowledge of the local market.

Responsibilities will include generating new business, market appraisals and quality instructions. The successful candidate will also be confident in selling property, negotiating great offers and happy to deal with all of their clients.

  • Gaining new instructions and listing properties
  • Connecting their properties to the right buyer
  • Accompanying Viewings
  • Maintaining regular contact with all clients over telephone, email and face to face
  • Enthusiasm to grow the business and ensuring all clients receive the best possible service

Requirements.

  • Previous estate agency and valuation experience Knowledge of plots, planning and commercial would be useful
  • An excellent work ethic
  • Confident communicator with a passion for property
  • Computer literate UK driving licence

A generous salary is being offered dependent on experience, along with a realistic OTE of £30,000-£40,000.
