You'll will be joining a well-established Industrial desk that is already performing well, working as part of a collaborative team of experienced Recruitment Consultants. Day to day bookings
Build strong working relationships with candidates and clients
Continuously strive to achieve individual and team goals

Assessing and responding to the needs of each client
Sourcing and attracting a high caliber of candidates
Managing the process, interview to offer stage and beyond

Advise and educate clients on current market
