Salary: £31,650-  £49,084 (MPS/UPS)

Are you an enthusiastic English Teacher looking to inspire young minds and foster a love for literature and language? GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Spalding from January to July 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning.
- Inspire a passion for reading, writing, and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the English curriculum.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in English or a related subject.
- Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students of varying abilities.
