GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a passionate and energetic PE Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated teacher to inspire students to develop their physical skills, teamwork, and love for sports.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Motivate students to participate actively in sports and physical activities.
  • Organize and supervise extracurricular sports clubs and school teams.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Promote health, fitness, and well-being across the school community.

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for physical education.
  • Ability to inspire students and promote a positive sporting ethos.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
