Are you a newly qualified teacher or an aspiring educator looking to start your teaching career? GSL Education Lincolnshire is supporting a secondary school in Spalding looking for a motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons tailored to the needs of your students.
- Developing your teaching practice in a supportive school environment.
- Working alongside experienced teachers to hone your classroom management skills.
- Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Assessing and tracking student progress to ensure their success.
- A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A passion for education and a desire to develop as a teacher.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
