As the Head of the Field Services team, you'll take ownership of all activities relating to:

  • Trials: Overseeing all aspects, including breeding, commercial, open day, third-party, and official trials.
  • Plant Propagation & Elite Seed Production: Managing seed purity, multiplication, and elite production.
  • Seed Production: Driving success in trialling and production activities.
  • Team & Resource Management: Day-to-day leadership of team members, machinery, and land.

Your Responsibilities
In this autonomous role, you'll manage the team and facilities, set and deliver project goals, and provide technical and agronomy support. You'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing field trials across multiple sites in the UK, ensuring excellence in every aspect of your work.
