Automotive Service Manager required in Spalding

up to £40,000 basic + OTE

Monday to Friday

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join and lead its busy Service department and push their already successful team further forward. The business has been well-established in the area and can offer a great working environment alongside stability and longevity.

You will lead the Service department to new heights, assisting each employee in their progression and development - in a highly competitive market, this role is crucial to pushing the dealership to the next level.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Oversee and grow team performance across the service side of the business
  • Work to KPI’s in relation to the department and budgets
  • Undertake financial and budgetary requirements of the role
  • Ensure manufacturer, and dealership standards are met in relation to customer service and satisfaction
