Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Branch Manager for our Spalding Retail Branch (PE11) with a competitive salary and performance-based bonus scheme.
The position includes a company car, fuel card, laptop, and mobile, with a Monday to Friday shift pattern from 08:00 to 17:00 and no bank holiday working.
The role offers 25 days of holiday plus an additional day off for your birthday after one year of service.
Candidates should have previous management experience in a retail environment and a full UK driving license is essential, along with experience in managing a business unit within the industrial supplies sector.
We require at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

We are looking for a Branch Manager to successfully run our Spalding Retail Branch (PE11), where we offer:

As one of our Branch Managers, you will manage the day-to-day operation, drive exceptional customer service to our customers to ensure repeat sales and provide training & coaching with the Internal sales team and branch assistants to ensure service level targets are consistently achieved.Ideally you will have previous management experience within a retail environment, have a fresh and innovative approach to sales and attracting new customers to keep, increase and drive branch sales to ensure daily/weekly targets are exceeded.Branch Manager – Background, Experience & attributes needed:

Full UK driving license is essential
Experience of commercially managing a business unit / branch within the industrial supplies sector is essential
To have had experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail
An ability to embrace change and new technologies
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a cross functional team to deliver target performance
Intermediate IT skills (i.e. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
