We are seeking a Damp and Mould Surveyor to join a local authority team in Lincolnshire.

This is a 3-month contract with the potential to become a permanent position.
Candidates should have experience in social housing and preferably hold RICs or CIOB qualifications.
The position involves inspecting damp and mould issues and interacting with various stakeholders and residents.

We are currently looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor to join a well-established team in a local authority. This role is will require you to travel around Lincolnshire housing stock. The roles competitive salary allows home to site visits.

Position: Damp and Mould Surveyor
Salary: 32-38 per hour
Contract type: 3-month contract, potential to go permanent

As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you'll be:

Inspecting low levels of damp and mould
Finding the immediate cause and identifying the remedial work
You will be interacting with multiple stakeholders and residents during inspection

As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you'll need:

Qualification RICs (preferable)
Qualification CIOB (preferable)
Experience in social housing
