Aspire People is looking for amazing SEN Teaching Assistants to join primary schools across Spalding and the surrounding areas. You'll be making a real impact by helping students thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment, particularly in resource bases.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing tailored support to students with special educational needs within resource bases.
- Adapting lessons to make sure every student can fully engage with the curriculum, no matter their learning style.
- Building strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and families to create a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.
- Offering focused support to students with additional needs, including Autism (ASD) and ADHD, through one-to-one or small group sessions.
What We're Looking For:
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, degree, or previous classroom experience.
- Fantastic communication skills, with the ability to connect with both pupils and staff.
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive approach to helping students with diverse needs.
