Are you an organised and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail? We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Support Administrator to join a dynamic legal team.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Support Administrator:

  • Provide administrative support to fee earners and the wider firm, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Perform essential tasks including photocopying, document bundling, scanning, printing, and creating and maintaining data rooms.
  • Manage the case management system, storing and organizing documents electronically, and using the BigHand workflow system to address job requests promptly.
  • Maintain the Records Management System, including deed scheduling and document retrieval.
  • Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering checks and other legal documentation procedures.
  • Assist with a range of operational tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing post, managing document storage, and supporting the team during staff absences.
  • Support the Operations Director with routine and ad hoc tasks and assist in training new starters.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure training guides and departmental notes are kept up to date.
