An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical and instrumentation installations within a major nuclear new-build project at Hinkley Point C. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a can-do attitude, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery while managing teams on-site.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will provide leadership to site teams, oversee scheduling, and ensure productivity and compliance across electrical installations, cable pulling, and prefabrication. Key responsibilities include:
- Championing health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and site policies.
- Managing and developing teams to meet project goals while maintaining productivity and morale.
- Overseeing project planning, scheduling, and workface coordination.
- Ensuring quality control by reviewing inspection reports and addressing deficiencies.
- Managing administrative duties, including reporting, requisitions, and documentation.
- Coordinating with other trades to resolve conflicts and improve efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required
- Mechanical/Electrical Degree, HND, HNC, or relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in nuclear or energy sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in coaching and mentoring.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance standards.
- Experience with project scheduling, planning, and quality control.
- Professional registration (Chartered or Member) is desirable.
- CSCS Managers & Professionals or CCNSG certification required.
- IOSH / NEBOSH qualification preferred.
