- Prepare product documentation packages for customer orders.Â
- Receive sales call/emails & record enquiry details.
- Generate customer/ enquiry records on sales database & create sales files
- Prepare quotations and follow up
- Update customer with progress reports
- Maintain sales database up to date
- Generate sales orders on the companies computerized manufacturing system.
- Liaise with drawing office, workshop & stores to track projects and report on progress.
- Provide technical input and support to Sales Department.
- Will have strong computer skills.
- Will be a good communicator.
- With a strong interest in engineering.
- Focused on sales and delivering first class customer service.
- Further Education College or University having a qualification in engineering or sales.Â
- Alternatively, 2 years min experience in a technical sales or documentation position.
