Assistant Manager

Our client, a leading trade tools and hardware retailer, are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their store based in Spennymoor, this would be a full time, permanent position, but are open to Part time works also. Offering a salary of up to £27,000 per annum.

What will you be doing?

Along side the retail branch manager you will make sure everything run smoothly, from the front of house to the warehouse, making sure standards are always kept to a high level. You will lead by example and be hands on with the daily tasks, motivating your team, to give excellent customer services. You will be involved in the Budget, rota's, Payroll and P&L analysis. You will responsible for managing stock, and improving profits across the store.

For the Assistant Manager position you will have experience in management and be driven to want to take your career to the next level. You will exceptional customer services skill and know what your customers want to deliver this for them. You will be extremely driven to encourage and inspire others, leading you to hit targets.
