Despatch & Stores Operative

- £25,400 - £26,600 per annum depending on experience

The Role
This is a varied and fast-moving position within the despatch and stores team, perfect for someone who enjoys working with precision and thrives in a collaborative, energetic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders for both UK and international despatch
- Book shipments and liaise with couriers to arrange timely deliveries
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Handle and process returned materials
- Pick and issue materials for the manufacturing process
- Receive incoming goods, unpack, and upload into the system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all store and despatch areas

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a detail-driven, methodical individual who brings energy and enthusiasm to every task. Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch environment is preferred, and a forklift licence would be a big plus. About you:
- Previous warehouse/despatch experience
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A forklift truck licence (desirable)
- A team-focused attitude and willingness to get stuck in
