Rota:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 5 out of 7 days, 45hrs per week
Hours:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Between 11am and close, finish early on a Sunday
Salary:                £38000-£40000 per annum depending on experience
Team:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Sous Chef, 2-3 CDPs, 2 KPs, 1 GM

Applicants:
- Must be a natural leader and motivator
- Should be a driver with access to reliable vehicle due to venue location
- Shall have fresh produce experience
- Will be up to date on allergens and food safety standards
- Might be a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in a similar working environment
- May be able to provide evidence of up-to-date Food Safety and Hygiene certification
- Could create and develop menus to include specials
- Can budget and cost control, minimising food waste
- Shall be professional, presentable, adaptable, flexible and approachable
