Salary: 24 per hour
Hours: 07:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Supervisor to join our clients team in St Andrews. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing crane operations and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on construction sites.


Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and coordinating crane operations, including risk assessments and method statements
* Supervising and instructing crane operators and banksmen
* Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
* Inspecting cranes and lifting equipment for defects
* Liaising with site managers and other personnel
* Resolving any issues that may arise


Skills and Qualifications:
* NPORS or CPCS qualifications in crane supervision and slinging/banksman
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
