HR Manager
St Andrews - site based
Full time and Permanent
Up to 40k
This is a fantastic opportunity to help launch and shape the culture of a new site for the business.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisations goals and values.
- Lead on Employee Relations for the site, providing support and guidance to ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Actively support and oversee recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage and maintain effective performance management processes.
- Ensure all HR practises are compliant with current employment legislation.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience working as a true generalist, managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Excellent employment law with proven experience managing ER cases.
- Good working knowledge of HR Systems.
- HR experience gained within hospitality or similar industry.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- CIPD qualified.
