**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Component Technician to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Prior engineering/CNC Operator experiance would be an advantange

- Assemble and test optical components with precision and attention to detail.

- Operate and maintain specialised equipment used in the manufacturing process.

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure components meet strict specifications.

- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

- Maintain accurate documentation of production and testing activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to component assembly and testing.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a similar role within the optical or precision engineering industry.

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
