HR Coordinator

Looking for a new HR role in a local North Wales company?

Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced HR professional on a permanent, full-time basis, working in modern offices located in the County of Denbighshire!

The ideal applicant will have a previous experience in a similar Human Resources role, able to provide timely and relevant HR advice! Working with a variety of departments in a modern organisation, the successful applicant will advise on a wide variety of HR processes including recruitment, employment law, compliance, and advising the management team and employees on any HR matters.

Salary:Up to 30,000 per annum (depending on HR experience)

The Role:
- Provide relevant and appropriate Human Resources advise and support
- Coordinate HR meetings covering areas such as performance, absence, maternity, etc.
- Assisting accounts team with processing monthly payroll
- Handle processes for disciplinaries and grievances if situations arise
- Onboarding new employees and completing relevant pre-employment checks
- Ensure compliance with HR legislation and employment law
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recent relevant HR best practices
- Update employee personnel files with relevant and accurate information
- Monitor planned staff leave, holidays, parental leave, and absences

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within Human Resources
- Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and legislations
- A relevant HR qualification such as CIPD is beneficial
- Competency with IT and database systems
- Communication and employee-relationship management skills
