K&C Construction is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to our team as a Trainee Site Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in site management while working closely with experienced professionals. The successful candidate will support the Site Manager in all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Manager in planning and overseeing project work to ensure timely completion and a high-quality finish.
  • Help maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that projects are carried out with minimal disruption to local residents and businesses.
  • Support cost control measures on site, helping to manage resources efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including the Health and
  • Safety at Work Act and company policies.
  • Assist the Site Manager with the companys QUENSH system and be aware of all relevant policy documents and statements.
  • Take responsibility for your own health and safety, as well as the welfare of colleagues.
  • Carry out any additional duties as required by the Site Manager.

Skills & Experience we are looking for:

  • Degree /HNC or HND Construction Management
  • Strong IT and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with the ability to use initiative and adapt to changing situations.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
