We are now seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a solid background in construction to manage and oversee our diverse portfolio of projects. We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead a variety of construction projects from concept to completion. To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that the client objectives are met, delivered on time and within budget and to appropriate quality standards. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and attentional details. - manage supply chain.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work programmes.

Coordinate with clients, Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Take an active role in the procurement of materials, equipment, and labour, optimising resources for maximum efficiency.

Ensure all work complies with building regulations, health and safety standards, and contractual requirements.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.

Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients, ensuring clear communication of timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Work closely with the commercial team, ensuring costs are managed effectively and within contractual terms

Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with design specifications.

Staff management (where appropriate), input into resource planning, setting and reviewing objectives.

Knowledge management Ensure key information and learning is captured.

Process Improvement Identifying and acting upon ways to improve internal systems and processes.

Good Financial Management


Skills & Experience we are looking for:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry (minimum 5 years).

Degree or HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent level qualification within the industry (CSCS /SMSTS/ CITB )

Valid SMSTS AND First Aid certificates

Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction contracts, and industry standards.

Ability to manage projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience in managing teams, including contractors and subcontractors, with excellent leadership skills.

Good general IT skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Full driving licence.
