Carpenter - Cornwall

Experienced Carpenter required in Cornwall on social housing maintenance work to work in and around Cornwall. 

The work will be for around 2 months with a busy contractor with potential of more work after.

Carpenter Day to Day:

• Various maintenance work on domestic properties
• Working alongside other trades
• Reporting to the supervisor on progress

Carpenter Requirements:

• Good carpentry experience 
• Previous experience working within social housing
• NVQ in Carpentry Level 2 or above
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• Own van would be paid milage or a van can be provided

Rate is dependent on experience but will be around £23/24ph Umbrella CIS or PAYE.
