Our client is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join their kitchen team on an immediate basis. The Hotel features two restaurants, the dishes feature the contemporary dining using the best of the areas local produce that is highlighted throughout its modern, seasonal and innovative recipes.
This full time, position thar requires a vibrant Breakfast chef to produce a varied cooked to order menu and control a buffet style operation as well.
- Salary: £26,000
- Working 5 days per week
- Rota to vary but will clude weekends
- 5.30am-2.30pm or 6am-3pm )(45 hours)
- Varied role
The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately
As Breakfast chef you will be responsible for:
- Cooked breakfast for up to 130/150 covers
- Be able to help and prepare for lunch/dinner services and be able to help within busy lunch operations
- Ability to be versatile
- Work at high speed accurately within a high-pressure environment
- Deliver on the highest standards of health and hygiene
This is a full time, Breakfast chef position with a competitive salary.
