Senior Sous Chef position available in a stunning hotel near St Austell.
The ideal candidate must be experienced in a fresh food operational cooking environment, where they are passionate about using quality local produce. It is essential that the ideal candidate has experience in all sections, including pastry and must be able to work well within a team.
The restaurant offers guests a relaxed dining experience by preparing a variety of unique and mouth-watering dishes including a rotating specials menu and the arrival of a unique conference menu.
The successful applicant will have previous experience:
- At Sous Chef level preferably in an Hotel
- Ordering and monitoring supplies
- Manage and control food costs
- Experience in all sections of the kitchen
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. They want someone with creativity and passion to help them produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for their customers.
This is a full time, permanent position.
