We are looking for a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to work in St Austell. 

About the role

We are looking for a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly primary school. Working as part of an established team, the desired Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant will be supporting in both Year 1 and Year 2, including delivering daily phonics sessions. The role would be Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm. This school has recently been rated as ‘good’ by Ofsted, and is praised for creating an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

The desired Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant will have;

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
