Setsquare is currently hiring an Assistant Site manager based in St Austell, Pl25 for a developer specialised in the New Build housing sector development. The work involved is to help manage the Internals works on the project as the development comes out of the ground on programme and on time.
Job Title: Assistant Site manager
Job Location : St Austell, PL25
Key duties will be -
- Regularly review timings, labour, materials and plant and project plans to ensure work stays on programme
- Working on site daily and identifying the defects and resources required to keep the programme to time and the job on budget.
- Maintain constant contact with all sub-contractors to ensure adherence to the set programme.
- Give toolbox talks and assist with site set up
- Be able to lead on H&S
- Work closely with site/project managers direct or sub-contracted
- Manage Q/A and Logistics
Essential experience needed -
- SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
