Quantity Surveyor

40,000-45,000 + car allowance

We are looking to recruit an intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team who are based across several offices in the Southwest.
They are flexible which office you work out of as this will be a mixture of office and site working.
Ideally you will have a background in Water, Civils or Utilities but they are open to reviewing candidates from experience in all sectors.
For this role you will be mainly covering repairs works and work from a schedule of rates with pre agreed rates.
General duties
- Managing Subcontractor packages
- Valuations & Variations
- CVRs Measurements & final accounts
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working on projects ranging from 500k to 2m
- Experience using SAGE 200 for reporting desired
- Full driving License
On offer is a salary up to 45,000 + car allowance, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), and cashback benefits for healthcare.
