Day to Day:
Overseeing NHS based contracts, providing M&E planned and reactive maintenance across Cornwall. Leading a team to identify works required and repair, supervising works.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- NVQ level 3 in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Facilities/ maintenance technical experience
- Experience of managing a small team including contractors
- Flexible working arrangements available
