The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Building Surveyor to carryout damp & mould Surveys in and around the Cornwall area.

Day to Day:

  • To visit housing association properties and carryout a stock condition surveyor
  • Write a report on findings
  • Action works to be completed
  • Managed direct labour and subbies to complete works required
  • Record all property updates on an in house, housing system

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Suitable construction, building related qualification and qualified Surveyor
  • Previous experience of domestic condition surveying
  • Experience of HHSRS and completing assessments
  • Asbestos knowledge beneficial
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have full UK Driving Licence
