Production Operative
Would you like to work for a company that offers the opportunity to be trained across many areas of the business. This role will give you exposure to Machine Operation & also Glazing, Paint Shop and Quality Control. What do we need from you? The ability to lift heavy items is an absolute MUST for this job along.
Start: ASAP
Location: Outskirts of St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £11.75 per hour
Hours: 7am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday with 2 x paid 15-minute breaks every day
Duration: Client will consider Temporary to Permanent OR Permanent

Duties:
- Lifting of heavy products across the factory to various stations
- Use of CNC Machines
- Feeding materials through machines
- Use of hand tools for fitting and fixing finished products together
- Glazing of doors
- Use of Power Coating machine
Skills and Experience Required:
- Be a good team player
- Previous machine experience desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn
- Forward thinking
- Able to take own initiative
- Fast paced to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining our professional standard
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be punctual and willing to do overtime
