As a Production Operative, you will assist the Machine Minder in ensuring the smooth running of machinery while producing premium quality cartons. Your role will involve maintaining high cleanliness standards in the production area, conducting quality checks on cartons through various procedures, completing necessary paperwork, and reporting relevant figures to Minders. Your commitment to detail and quality will directly contribute to our success in exceeding customer expectations.

Hours of Work: This is a full-time role of 40 hours over a 4-day week, involving a two-week rotation of the following hours:

  • 06:00 16:00 (Tuesday Friday)
  • 15:45 01:45 (Monday Thursday)

Production Operative Requirements:

  • The ability to work well both with the operator and independently when required.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong sense of enthusiasm and determination.
  • A polite, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Working to pre-set standards with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • A good eye for detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in a production role is preferred.
