Performance Objectives
- Dealing with Sales Enquiries via Email/website, telephone, and faceto-face meetings
- Achieve agreed sales targets generated through sales activity
- Analyse market trends
- Learn the homes and qualities offered
- New homes sales negotiations
- Administrative work
- Handover of finished propertied and any immediate after sale issues that may apply.
Person Specification
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Proven experience in Sales or Business Development roles.
- Excellent organisational, administrative and IT Skills
- The ability to build and grow business relationships
