Workingas part of the IT Infrastructure team based in Cambridgeshire, you will be responsiblefor providing technical field support for client sites across the UK, solving break/fix issues for all IT equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver, install and configure IT equipment at client sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide basic training to end users on how to use equipment and systems.
- Be involved in system implementations and site deployments.
- Complete basic network cable and socket repairs.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues and escalate as appropriate.
- Ensure client documentation is up to date.
- Knowledge of using and supporting Microsoft applications.
- Working knowledge of and experience using Windows operating systems.
- A general understanding of IT Networking
- Good knowledge of mobile phone devices
- Able to prioritise and multi-task efficiently
- Full, clean UK driving licence
