You'll be at the heart of creating precision components, setting up and operating CNC machines, prepping new products, maintaining tools, and keeping everything on track to meet deadlines. Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday – Thursday 7am – 5pm (4 day working week)
Hourly Rate: £18.00 - £22.00 PH DOE
Benefits: 25 days holiday including bank holidays, on-site parking, small, friendly team, overtime available.
Duration: Permanent

Duties to Include:
- Program, set and operate the CNC Machines including Manual Lathe’s to which you are assigned to - Main machines include Haas and Bridgeport.
- Run production jobs on the CNC machines.
- Carry out inspections on completed batches
- Ensure parts are manufactured correctly and to the drawings
- Meeting tight deadlines.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience of using Heidenhain controls and or Haas controls
- Experience with Mastercam Software and One CNC
- Be keen to contribute to the expansion and development of the machine shop.
- Good communication skills
- Strong personal motivation and commitment
- Used to working to tight deadlines
- Good communication and ability to work as part of a small team.
