Position: Customer Service Representative

Hours: Monday - Friday office hours
Pay Rate: 11.44 per hour (37.5 hours per week)
Location: St Ives
Holidays: Closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day
Dress Code: Smart/Casual
Training: No holiday allowed during the first 3 weeks of training



About the Role:

  • Handle inbound customer queries
  • Process payment plans and up sell products
  • Create and manage new and existing customer accounts
  • Utilise Five9 phone system and Management program
