Position: Customer Service Representative
Hours: Monday - Friday office hours
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour (37.5 hours per week)
Location: St Ives
Holidays: Closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day
Dress Code: Smart/Casual
Training: No holiday allowed during the first 3 weeks of training
About the Role:
Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service? Do you have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries
- Process payment plans and up sell products
- Create and manage new and existing customer accounts
- Utilise Five9 phone system and Management program
