Key Responsibilities

Lead Financial Reporting, Controlling & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate, timely monthly accounts and reports for the division and parent company, focusing on KPIs, cash, budget monitoring, forecasting, and financial performance insights.  Oversee transactional finance processes and provide good cash management discipline.

Budgeting & Planning: Collaborate with departments to prepare and consolidate annual budgets, monitor them, and ensure alignment with divisional and parent company goals.

Investor Relations & Compliance: Liaise with Private Equity investors and head office, providing comprehensive financial data, ensuring compliance with international standards, HMRC and handling external audit.

Integration & Process Improvement: Drive the integration of newly acquired businesses, streamline financial systems, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency across finance functions.

Manage & Inspire the Finance Team: Lead and support a dedicated finance team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment. Motivate the team to deliver exceptional finance services, ensuring high performance and team cohesion.
