Power BI Developer - St Ives - Hybrid - 46k

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Power BI Developer to join an expanding, exciting team who take great care and pride in their data strategy, practice, and team. This role offers hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office and one from home.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Use tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate to develop solutions
  • Use these tools to successfully maintain existing systems
  • Creating tailored workflows and applications
  • Discussing the needs of internal stakeholders and creating scalable solutions
  • You will also help users utilise these new solutions and applications
  • Help to provide the business with insights which will assistance in decision making, through the design and use of data models, dashboards, and reports

What do I need to apply

  • Proven experience with Power BI, developing Dashboards for business end users, including the ability to utilise dynamic parameters.
  • The ability to produce professional looking visualisations which are easy to use and understand for all within the business, which will suit the requirements of differing levels of abilities.
  • Experience with using Power Automate and Power Apps to implement quality solutions.
  • The ability to restrict permissions via Row Level Security and audiences.
  • Experience of using and integrating data sources from multiple systems.
  • Knowledge of TSQL queries and SQL Management Studio preferred.
  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
  • An Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • The Ability to utilise Active Directory/Entra ID data to provide Business Solutions.
