CBW has an exciting new opportunity for a Support Desk Administrator to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis. This role is based near Cambridgeshire, with the client looking for someone with a relevant admin/facilities background.

Hours of Work / Details:
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- Office Based
- Up to £24,000 per annum
- Permanent position
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and internal teams, responding to maintenance requests and queries via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Log and manage service requests, ensuring they are accurately recorded, prioritized, and assigned to the appropriate team members.
- Monitor the progress of open tickets and follow up with clients and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance visits, ensuring that engineers and contractors have the necessary information to carry out their tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service requests, and job status.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures.
- Provide clients with updates on the status of their requests and resolve any issues that may arise during the maintenance process.
- Assist with reporting, invoicing, and managing service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of services and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain and update records in the facilities management software, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
- Previous experience in a support or administrative role, ideally within facilities management or a related sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to solve problems and suggest improvements
