Our market-leading client near St Ives is seeking a Design Engineer to join their team due to organic growth.
This is a full-time, permanent role that requires collaboration within the Design Engineer team and is based onsite.
Key responsibilities include developing new ideas, creating 3D CAD models, and managing pre-launch testing.
Candidates should have experience with SolidWorks, excellent communication skills, and a background in Engineering or Design Engineering.
The position offers a competitive salary, and applicants should have previous experience in a similar role.

Our market leading client based near St Ives are currently looking for a Design Engineer to join the team due to organic growth. Working within the Design Engineer team, this is a full time, permanent role based onsite.

Key duties will include but are not limited to:

Assist in developing new ideas from scratch and creating proof of concepts.
Create 3D CAD models and build in house working prototypes for testing and evaluation.
Produce full specifications for product manufacturing and review.
Manage pre-launch testing.
Collaborate with team members.

The successful candidate will have:

Experienced working with SolidWorks and CAD.
Excellent communicational skills and team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working within workshops.
Previous experience working in an Engineering or Design Engineer position.
